At ABT we have a 48 hour approval period for any purchase with a few exclusions*

Upon receipt of an item purchased from ABT you have a 48 hour period during which you may decide to send back the item. You will need to notify us of your decision within the 48 hour period, and item must be packed in original, equivalent, or superior packaging as item was shipped, and returned to ABT as soon as possible unless other arrangements are made with ABT. Upon receipt ABT will inspect the item, and assess whether or not a reconditioning fee, or other charge will be assessed for damage to, or degradation of item. Your purchase price less any shipping fees, and processing fees** will be refunded or issued as store credit at your choosing.

*48 hour approval period policy is not applicable to Layaway items, or items held for customer by ABT longer than 7 days.

**If payment was made via VISA, Mastercard, or Discover we will assess a 3% charge to overall price to cover our processing costs. If payment was made with American Express a 4% charge to the total amount will be assessed.
DEPOSIT’S PLACED ON LAYAWAY ITEMS are “Non- Refundable.” If you have us hold an item in “Layaway” and cannot complete the transaction for whatever reason within the agreed amount of time, then the deposit may be subject to either forfeiture, or issuance of ABT store credit at ABT’s discretion.
DEPOSIT’S PLACED ON ORDERED ITEMS are “Non- Refundable.” If you place an order for an instrument and cannot complete the transaction for whatever reason within 15 days of your instrument being completed you will forfeit your deposit.

We realize that “hardships arise” and if you are unable to take delivery of your ordered bass please contact us immediately. We will try and work something out with you.
